This is really nice. It makes me think of "Treasure Island", or "Mutiny on the Bounty". I'll look forward to seeing more.

Very interesting composition. Really communicates a sense of place. I wonder, though, if the distant hills are that dark? They don't recede, but it could just be the photograph.

Moody and beautiful ... reminds me of the times I've been out on the Maine windjammer fleet schooners. Definitely one of my favorites of your many beautiful works!
